A Touch of Colour (ATOC) was born out of a need to genuinely centre the experiences of employees of colour.
The main problem we are trying to solve is the information gap that exists about the real lived experiences of working in a particular place. All companies and brands boast about being welcoming, diverse and inclusive these days yet there is no way to know if this is the case for the average employee of colour.
